Firstly, the site uses Firstname Lastname to be more approachable to casual fans. Go ahead and swap Sato Erika to Erika Sato where it is applicable and that'll be good to go.
The other thing is your proficiencies - for a genin you can either do:
Taijutsu
Stealth
A bukijutsu (shuriken)
Free spot
Free spot
(All at rookie)
or
Taijutsu
Stealth
A bukijutsu (shuriken)
Free spot
(One at apprentice, rest at rookie)
So, you'll either have to bump Medical Jutsu down to Rookie and add Taijutsu, or replace either Medical Jutsu or Suiton with Taijutsu. We should be all good after that though!
