"Lady KazeKage," I said with a slight bow and nod. I placed my arm at the middle of my torso to accentuate the gesture, a sign of respect. As I stood to full height once more, I took few steps forward until a generous amount of space between us remained. "I've come with report of my Platoon." Doubtless, she had been informed of the entirety of the village's dealings at a whim. To hear it from my lips, however, would be to get a firsthand account of all that had transpired in the absence of her presence. "I've met with the Genins: Koma, Daichi, and Hoshiko. I've also met with Aiko, the Chuunin who oversees them. It appears that their personalities differ greatly. But the promise they've shown," I began with a slight furrow of my eyebrows, "is indicative that they're more than capable." It was true. I took no pleasure in boasting or offering false promises. This was confirmation.
"There have been no signs of Iwagakure's presence, nor do I have any intel to report. There have only been thieves within the village, murderers who will never see the light of day again. To that end," I began with a long pause after, "I'd like to bring up the idea of an extension of Amegakure's - your - will." The gears within had already begun to turn. Necessity was the mother of invention. I had already collected my thoughts long before entering the KazeKage's office. With this in mind, I continued without hesitation.
"I'd like your permission to put together an organization designed to spread out through the various territories with the objective being intelligence gathering, influence, and mutual benefit in the form of favors - political or circumstantial in nature. My intent is to follow in your footsteps: doing what's necessary to ensure that our grip on power remains at a precipice that none else can reach. You have the AnBu at your disposal. I'm not qualified to speak on their capabilities. This group is something deeper, something with greater reach and return. Your thoughts?"
Statuesque I stood, silent and privy to the possibility that my proposal could perish well before its true birth. And so I allowed her to absorb my words, a respectful gaze of neutrality indicating that I wouldn't argue if the matter was dismissed prematurely.

Our adversary had been deprived of further assistance as its kin burst into plumes of smoke.
Plainly, I could see the scene before me continuing to unfold as every present shinobi took to action. Our combined might had afforded us victories, but it was not without consequence that we engaged our quarry so ruthlessly. I watched as the terrain around the rhinoceros was torn asunder, cleaved and broken with effort and forcefully expelled outward. Such ferocity was only amplified by its declaration. Unfortunately for our assailant, my will was far beyond submission or yielding to threats. No, my resolve had only served to fortify my ministrations. And so I humbled myself before the Sharingan's prowess, a look not required to draw the last pair of my concussive grenades from their pouch. The pads of my fingertips flicked against metal, the instrument's pins separating and falling lifelessly to the earth below. The choice was clear: attempt to close the distance between myself and the rhinoceros, or protect my Platoon as best I could.
The latter, my soul knew, had been the only acceptable act.
I thrust the projectiles forward, timing their release from the cage of my digits with my fellow Jounin's Aburame technique. Though rock and debris careened toward us, we would face their wrath with that of an equal determination. Spinning with expert accuracy, a safe distance was created between us before a sudden, voluminous force burst forth. Terra would be thrown off course, blown apart as an opening cleared the way for Mai's kikaichu. Simultaneously, I had diverted the trajectory of some of our adversary's own projectiles and submitted them to our flanks in a harmless, aimless path of flight. I could do no more, and so I used the momentum of my extremities to shield my torso and face.
My arms crossed, years of Taijutsu practice affording me a musculature that was no stranger to defensive shielding via steeled flesh. I was no bear, but it was adrenaline - a protector's mentality - that would not see my Platoon harmed beyond what I could thwart. I braced myself, eyes yet open, as my lips parted and I roared in defiance to our enemy and its pursuit. Through modest sacrifice or otherwise, the children of Ame would be departing with their futures intact.

A simple nod would suffice.
Suddenly, I was no longer a stationary target. With power directed toward my lower extremities, I jettisoned down and off of the elevated plain that we stood upon. Toward the safety of a gathering of Otogakure's structures I moved, every footstep delicate, graceful in execution. Necessity was the mother of invention. In a similar vein, this newly forged alliance would serve to aid the weary or downtrodden once we had located them. With eyes forward, I increased my speed to its greatest limit and scanned the perimeter as best I could through the twists and turns of the countryside. "We should keep our heads on a swivel 'lest we lose them to negligence," I said aloud, my head slightly turned so that Chinetsu alone could hear my words. "It may be harsh to say this, but we should also take recon before engaging if we run into a Platoon in need of assistance. The more intel we can gather for our Superiors, the better." Though time was of the essence, I had never been one to attempt to seize opportunity without certainty. No, I was a man of great patience. For better or for worse, every choice was one empty of regret.
Along hilltops and valleys I traveled, occasionally halting my advance upon a perch that overlooked the territories of the outskirts within Otogakure's expanse. Before long, however, the fruits of our labor had come into our field of vision. Pillars of smoke billowed like gaseous titans into the heavens. The smell of sulfur wafted strongly through the air, its potency fresh upon the winds as I slowed from a run into a gait. The aftermath of battle, the stench of blood and death, coalesced into a confirmation for the Chuunin Medic and I. "There." An index finger pointed in the direction of sundered earth, bodies both dead and alive strewn along gaia. Finding an elevated precipice that overlooked the scene, I crouched down and rest my forearm atop my knee. "Do you recognize any of them?" I asked, my eyes sliding east to silently gauge Chinetsu's possible facade.
The sounds of pain and desperation were audible as those that yet lived drew ragged breath, groaned in discomfort. But before allowing our presence to be known, I would seek the totality of their circumstance and how it came to be.

I had occupied these lands long enough to become familiar with its terrain.
I grew thoughtful of the seemingly perpetual rain of Amegakure. A soft sigh, a nearly imperceptible dejected one, filtered out through my lips as I moved along the countryside. The endless cerulean above played host to clouds that billowed along. I was one with them in that moment, an aimless wanderer who observed from the safety of neutrality. A chance meeting with one of Kumogakure's own had allowed me insight into the mind of his native village - Chinetsu Hatsuden. Having been within the depths of Otogakure, I sought to sow the seeds of trust, mutual interest with the land's shinobi at the behest of their overseer. Brusque in my pace, the silhouette of a pair came into my sight. Though a great distance off, I had already ascertained that one was far greater in stature than the counterpart. Almost subconsciously, my fingers lifted to run the pads of my digits along the clean, polished hitai ate at my neck. They would surely know me if by no other means than the proud symbol of Amegakure promoting my allegiance.
I made no alterity in my gait, my arms in full view at my sides and my gaze no more piercing than I had been privy to from the observations of my peers. Before long, we would close the great proximity that existed between us. But it was not to be mistaken - my consistency was no indication of my inability to act at a moment's notice. With chance at my flank, I would make no attempt to detour before our paths had crossed and we were well within earshot of each other.

For what was the umpteenth time, I stepped into the lobby of the Kage Tower.
My feet carried me in a slow gait across the floor, the soft click of my sandals echoing just slightly as my eyes remained forward - I had seen every inch of her decor, a fortunate shinobi who had earned the glory of the title "Jounin". It was my usual habit to remain as quiet as possible, my hands pushed casually into my pockets as I ambled. I acknowledged any personnel that addressed with no more than a nod. No doubt, they had come to understand that I was less the social kind and more the business. As such, I stopped short of the receptionist's desk and placed the flat of my palm atop it - an attempt to garner the attention of the assistant on duty. "Uchiha Anotsu," I began with the usual attachment of a small smile to the words. "I'd like to speak with the KazeKage if she's available."
There I would wait, an infinite patience etched across my features. If nowhere else, the Tower of Amegakure deserved naught but the utmost respect.
Since generations past, balance has become the necessity in all things running parallel to order. For that reason, this Organization has been formed. Enter Kuro Nue, "The Black Chimera", a clandestine group of individuals hailing from all manner of background. First born from the mind of one of Amegakure's greatest shinobi, Uchiha Anotsu, the Kuro Nue seek to establish an invisible presence beneath the foundation of the shinobi villages and their rulers. While not directly interfering in the ministrations and machinations of the villages, themselves, the Chimera pursue a certain rooting in the politics, the resources, the negotiations that turn thoughts into actions, ideals into law. Throughout the ages, it has been the most cunning minds, the bravest hearts, that turn the tides of war. To that end, the Kuro Nue exists to facilitate these gears that have been called to create change.
Their goal? Simple: to shape change, to amass wealth, to obtain and maintain a plethora of resources, and to ensure that balance is maintained between villages.
Secretly funded and approved by the KazeKage, the base for the Kuro Nue rests within a large gathering of land surrounded by mountain and valley alike - a natural defense against spies and intruders. Though located within the Land of Wind, one would also still be hard pressed to locate Amegakure if offered home in the Chimera's inner residencies. A select few are knowledgeable to the underground pathways and tunnels back to the village, the Nue's voluminous size hosting establishments aplenty. To offset any conspicuous activity or personnel, vendors and wanderers have been given special privilege in setting their roots onto the grounds. With this in place, hiding in plain sight has never been easier. No more opulent than what is normal for society, the tallest and most fortified structures are home to the members of the Kuro Nue. Each resident is vetted thoroughly, a regular census count held at inconsistent points to ensure the validity of every person who enters and exits. Security is outsourced by the KazeKage and Anotsu only, extremely skilled and formidable shinobi lining each channel that leads in and out of the Nue's grounds.
An almost perpetual rain is still located here, every nook and cranny of the Chimera Base a potential meeting spot or gathering place. Rotating passwords and gestures keep these intended destinations random, allowing secrecy and an ever changing pattern to confuse and dissuade the curious. Ultimately, all manner of social status can be found within Kuro Nue territory.
Further back behind the Kuro Nue's territory, its veteran and senior members take up residence at homes scattered throughout a valley of lush forestry. Homes of immaculate design are built to the specifications of their residents, though a common theme of the shinobi's standard living are still evident. Security and personnel reside upon each set of grounds at the Kuro Nue member's request. Like the villages, these homes play host to meetings and gatherings that sit above the paygrade of the lower ranks. This is not to say that the higher ranked are superior - every member in the Kuro Nue is a piece to the puzzle. There are also direct passageways and underground routes back to the entrance of the base of operations, weapons and mechanisms ensuring that none would be caught off guard in the event of attack or exposure.
Thanks to Amegakure's technological advances, certain districts found within the Kuro Nue's Base of Operations play host to the more lucrative side of its foundation. These streets and alleyways are more quiet in nature, home to the more wealthy of the medium population that desire to reside in "a world apart" from the common. A more strict vetting process takes place here, brilliant minds in the world of science and finance also conducting research within such luxurious confines. Special privilege must be acquired before one is able to traverse these grounds. Still, none are able to escape the nearly endless rain that pours down and blankets the Kuro Nue's base.

The spectacle that Yousei had so brusquely put on display was my opportunity to execute a maneuver of my own. Thankfully, the other Jounin had executed Phase One. Phase Two? Processing.
With the speed of a gazelle, I relinquished my hidden position in favor of closing the distant betwixt myself and our intended target. How often the arrogance of the ignorant played fuel to their downfall. Men's throat had been cut for far less than what was transpiring before me. How fitting, then, that I felt little remorse for the murderous intent that had already welled up deep from within my gullet. Already, nimble digits had searched for and plucked two items from the easily accessible satchel upon my person. I hid the instruments from their view until they were ready to be thrown. Within moments, the scheme of my ministrations would be laid bare. Twin kunai with exploding tag tore out from beneath the folds of my sleeves, spiraling with an expert precision and speed. The twins tore through resistance, seemingly alive and voracious in appetite, until digging into the earth. One may have mistaken my accuracy for that of a blind man's. Such ineptitude would cost them.
A handseal. Boom.
The explosions served a twofold purpose. Their initial the blinding of any who were within range of it, debris and smoke thrusting out and into the air like violent plumes of gray. Whatever life and limb it could take with it would be a bonus. The second of my actions? To distract the traitorous shinobi as a far deadlier element sliced through the confusion and engaged him. Ichinose found himself on the receiving end of hands gripping at his form, fingers clutching inaccessible points to his limbs and twisting with the power of an olympian. Every muscle worked overtime, my might encompassing him in an instant, aimed to turn and throw his weight with force in the opposite direction. If successful, I would use the quarter gained to once more rush forward into close proximity.
A small pellet, dark in color, lay harmlessly where I had initially sought Ichinose's frame. Through the confusion, a foot was sure to step onto it and force a voluminous cloud of smoke to disperse along terra. I could only hope that Yousei was able to hold his own. We were separated, resolved to the fate of our choices. It would be a long walk back to inform Otogakure that I had failed to protect one of their ilk.

Mother nature was no match for the dance of flame that lapped at her canvas.
I'd been watching the chaotic display of man and beast well before I had reached my intended destination, the only sign of my appearance the sudden manifestation of my being atop one of the many edifice at the city's limit closer to the forestry. I had taken care to position myself well out of the range of attention displayed by our quarry. From this vantage point, I could survey the entirety of the battlefield for as far as my eyes could bear witness. Already I had begun assessing the situation, the gears within my mind turning. In droves, what would be our support system began to arrive. Tools to be used, an unfortunate end all but guaranteed for a portion of their numbers. But I would play my part, orchestrating a tactical advance in an attempt to reduce the number of casualties. Time was of the essence, of course. To that end, I would wait until the bulk of our forces were within earshot.
One would have considered it a disadvantage to have been surrounded by a gathering of Amegakure's opposition. The tide of battle could easily be turned against me....or so those that desired a grave alongside the already fallen would think before I snuffed out the notion. Whoever had orchestrated this group clearly had a sense of humor - I was reminded to chuckle later if the expense was more costly than they'd have guessed. Provided my temporary allies were within proximity to hear, I spoke with enough volume for the message to be received without interference. "Leave the fodder to the unassigned," I began with a point of my index finger toward the innumerable wave of deceased. "Our priorities are the hospital, the essentials inside, and the water sources. Divert all uses of Suiton to extinguishing the flame at key points." There was still the matter of our aerial assailants. For a breath, I considered the best course of action.
"If you can reach our unwelcome guest with projectiles and explosives, I'd advise it against chancing and potentially wasting your chakra. They have advantage in the air. Let's bring them down to our level before we commit. They're stalling. Don't give them any chance for respite." I knew little about their combat capabilities. They would simply have to position themselves with the most appropriate role described. "If you can assist the bulk holding back the horde, do so. Otherwise, maintain a spread to lower the beast's chance at creating charred corpses."
With that, I took up silence to promote reply, agreement or otherwise. This would be no simple affair. I needed to remain vigilant.

I was able to keep up with Yousei's pace. No sooner than when the Jounin had taken to the flora, I too would render myself invisible to the naked eye and vanish into the forestry. My feet carried me effortlessly from branch to branch, nimble in my ministrations but wholly tuned in to the briefing before me. As Yousei spoke, I nodded. I was privy to the dangerous nature of our quarry. If two Jounin had been summoned, I surmised, there was an utmost importance to the outcome. Fortunately, I would play the trump card and assist in securing our victory. "Shakuton.." I muttered to myself. Yosei's explanation was all that I needed to begin adjusting my belongings. Though we moved at great speed through the foliage, I was more than capable of adjusting the inventory at my satchel, my pouches. It would be the Sharingan that would assist me best in this endeavors, though I had already been exposed to its chakra drain. In short, I would need to pick my moments with meticulous detail.
"Understood." The single word that spoke volumes as our travel grew to a gradual crawl. Beyond our cover did I spot our targets. I crouched with complete silence near the other Jounin. Surveying the battlefield, I took mental notes on every form and item equipped and carried. "I've come equipped with all of my best," I began. Precaution was a catalyst to adequacy. As I remembered the sleep agents fitted into my inventory, the gears within my mind had already begun to turn. There was no cog missing, no click that I was failing to process. It was quite the opposite - I was alert, taking mental notes as to the blades and armor that veiled the flesh of my soon-to-be opponent. Fingers pushed into my pockets, pulling forth a communications radio piece for Yousei to equip.
"We'll stay in contact with this. It has a fair range. Coordination will be key here." Of course, the fixture was temporary. Neutrality would not supersede comfort, and this was the pride of Amegakure. As I handed the small gadget to Yousei, my gaze met her own. "I'll retrieve it once our mission is successful." I'd speak no more on the subject. Out of sight, out of mind. Once taken, I'd return my sights and focus to intelligence. "Are you able to ascertain any further details on what they're discussing?" Of course, I wouldn't pry into information that didn't belong to me. The more I knew, the better.....especially if it would provide a pillar to the thought of allowing a killer of this caliber to continue breathing after the aforementioned atrocities.

....For the first time, Anotsu had been the one protected.
How tangible it seemed to feel the ebb and flow of seconds slow to a crawl. The sound of battle, a war of man against beast, continued to resound with the cries of aggression and determination. There had been no command given to his Genin, his Chuunin. The Jounin hadn't even seen them arrive. Heels dug hard into earth as he skid to a halt, terra at his back and halting the momentum of his form. It had been Anotsu's intention to rejoin his Platoon once his target no longer lived. Ivory daggers grit, jawline clenched. But to his surprise, an emotion that seldom crossed the spectrum of his character, the sprouts that he had taken under his wing were now resolved to stay by his side in battle. They were glorious to behold. Koma, Daichi, Hoshiko, Aiko, and Mai moved with grace, with tenacity, with unity. Fleeting moments of concern were now a pride coalesced with accomplishment. From deep within, a second wind began to rush to the surface, parallel to his fatigue and eviscerating it until naught but new energy coursed his veins.
It was Anotsu's father that had spoken to him of the Uchiha Clan's history, its heritage, its greatest discoveries. "There will come a day when that which matters most will unlock the secrets hidden behind your gaze, boy. When that day comes....give in to the call. Give in to the nature of your blood." Almost audibly, Anotsu could hear his own breathing. Seconds trickled like molasses, thick and sweet as the Jounin's form swelled with emotion. Anotsu's eyebrows furrowed as his hands reached back to grip the loosened earth at his flank. Fingers dug in, digits curling as eyes shut to the extent of all senses diverting themselves to lend him aid in the foreign strength now manifesting.
Daichi.
Koma.
Aiko.
Hoshiko.
Mai.
There, deep within the folds of his existence, the power of the Uchiha Clan erupted until eyes snapped open with maw agape. Scarlet pools surveyed the world before him, the Jounin a newborn to the Sharingan as a single tomoe rest within the circumference of its red hue.
——————— S H A R I N G A N ———————
I was no longer bound by the vision of the mundane.
All that lay before me was now victim to the Sharingan, its deliverance testimony to the words that my father had spoken. The inexorable truth to the blood that now pumped adrenaline through my veins was finally realized. And in my awakening, the path forward was clear: Act. Immediately, I retrieved a kunai from my satchel without the need to search for the pouch's opening. I had executed this maneuver countless times, practiced the accuracy of my movements until expert precision was an afterthought. Forward I threw the projectile, its length spinning furiously and in tandem with the arrow that sought the hopefully gaping maw of our adversary. There was a stark contrast to my ministrations now. My vision possessed greater clarity, greater detail. Its grandeur was inexplicable, the required concentration used to act now second nature in conjuncture with the Sharingan. The instrument thrown from my digits would, hopefully, slice through external resistance and embed itself deep into my aggressor's flesh. I need not attempt to fell the beast a second time. Should I have hit my mark, the distance laughable in contrast to my Shurikenjutsu's prowess, it would force the beast's maw open to ensure that the arrow fired would make contact with tongue and more.
I sought the edge of the crater above, kinetic energy delivering me from the sundered earth beneath me. No sooner than when my feet touched terra did I seek out the remaining of my Platoon's opposition. Cognizant of our collective condition, I needed to bide my time. The throes of battle were secondary to the rush of adrenaline that cascaded every muscle, every bone. Still, I would seek a momentary respite whilst taking the time to fashion two more kunai with exploding tags. Swiftly, meticulously, I arranged them with access at the forefront of my machination. "Great job. All of you," I spoke calmly through the radio. My voice crackled and buzzed through their ears, my next set of instructions quite clear and without contestation.
"Take a moment and gather yourselves. Survey the battlefield. We're still in enemy territory."
Proper preparation would prevent poor performance.

Daichi was taking further advantage of the situation. Anotsu continued to watch with what was now a budding interest. Not only had he managed to close the proximity betwixt himself and his quarry, but he was now gathering intel besides. The curl at the end of the Jounin's lips was one that confessed to having underestimated his Genin, one that would be rewarded with the completion of the exercise. A single handseal delivered Anotsu from the tree branch in a blink, his form reappearing only a few meters away from the pair as he scooped the pup into his arms. "A surprising approach, Daichi," Anotsu muttered. The Genin stranger turned to the Jounin in mock surprise until Anotsu lifted a hand and waved it. "You can drop the act. He's surpassed expectation."
It was then that a plume of smoke erupted from where the boy once stood. In his place was the old man, chuckling and nodding alongside the Uchiha. "That's right! I expected a kunai or shuriken, not intelligent conversation and attempting to blend in! Why, this boy's got the makings of a great Genin!" Anotsu nodded. The small animal barked happily as Anotsu approached Daichi, pushing the white furball into his arms. "You've done well. Return to the village and see to it that this tracker gets back into the hands of the Kage Tower. As for myself, I've some business to attend to. I'll be along shortly."
The elder's face grew more serious - a grim expression upon his countenance - as Anotsu turned back toward him. His hands placed behind his back, fingers clasped, he would wait until the young Genin was out of earshot to continue conversation.

The daunting task hadn't deterred him in the slightest. It was quite the opposite - Uchiha Anotsu was fully prepared to assist Otogakure.
A slow and steady gait allowed the Jounin to conserve his energy. Half-lidded orbs, almond-shaped yet piercing, gazed out and into the countryside before them as the pair sought the precipice of their intended destination. Locks of obsidian swayed as he moved, the width of his coat flowing gently to his southern flank. Pouches of varying inventory rest snug against his person, veiled once his attire had come to settle about him once more. There was neutrality betwixt Amegakure and Otogakure. As such, it was a blank slate that Anotsu had been ordered to paint with a picture of trust and mutual gain. Who was he to refuse the request of a potential ally?
Full lips parted only after Anotsu had stopped meters away from Yousei's position, offering a small smile and a dip of his chin south in respect, acknowledgement. "Uchiha Anotsu. I assume you've been briefed on the details enough to take lead?" Direct and to the point, he seemed. That calm, collected air about him radiated in waves, oozed from him as if naught but the fiercest storm could move him to ministration. Whatever machinations awaited them, their objective was clear: secrets were to remain just that. If nothing else, there was a mutual understanding of how critical such a charge had been.
"I assume we've got time to discuss any specifics before we reach our destination." His voice was one of attempted neutrality. This was a fellow Jounin, worthy of respect. As he always did, the Uchiha would play his position and do his best to become a welcome wrench in an adversary's plan.

[break] With the desire to protect his Platoon growing from a flame into an inferno, Uchiha Anotsu has found strength through the passion of emotion. Though only the initial stage of his Clan's prowess, the Sharingan's appearance has awakened a newfound power that offers Anotsu an increased perception to that around him. The first tomoe has manifest, marking the beginnings of its greatest potential within the eyes of an Uchiha bound by duty.
taijutsu - [journeyman]
Physical prowess is a priority for Anotsu. The shinobi is at his greatest physical condition, possessing an agility that grants him speed and evasiveness that have only grown as a result of rigorous training. The Uchiha takes his training seriously, never yielding on giving every bit of his effort when exercising and striking practices. A punch from Anotsu won't stop when his fist has reached its target. No, the Uchiha's every burning desire is to go *through* it. Caution should be exercised when allowing Anotsu to close the distance and assault his opponents.
shurikenjutsu - [journeyman]
Anotsu has honed his throwing prowess to much greater degree in his days. Able to swiftly pluck items of various size and weight from their resting place, the Uchiha is able to create a projectile of varying speed and result. His fingers are nimble, often his target unpleasantly surprised that the shinobi has struck the intended area with little effort. Whether a kunai or a senbon needle, Anotsu can turn an inanimate object into a makeshift bullet.
stealth - [journeyman]
There are few who can appreciate the art of Genjutsu. Anotsu is one of those individuals. While he possesses no proficiency as of yet in such a category, he has instead trained in the art of stealth to deceive and elude would-be attackers. Able to move swiftly while maintaining quiet, Anotsu is quite knowledgeable about flora and fauna and the disturbance of environment. Concealment is sometimes priority over a head on approach. That much, Anotsu has learned over the years of being exposed to direct and indirect combat situations.
uchiha - [heritage]
Anotsu's veins run deep with the blood of the Uchiha Clan. A constant source of conflict with his father, Mazoku, leaves him dwelling between anger and pride in regards to his family. Since awakening the Sharingan, the Jounin has become determined to change his fate and prove otherwise to the history and judgement of they who wield the Scarlet Eye.
ranton - [potential]
A certain power lies dormant within Anotsu. The Uchiha has yet to realize or understand its potential, though his interest in Raiton (Lightning Release) and Suiton (Water Release) have always been of great interest to him. Unfortunately, Anotsu is as of yet unable to perform either of these Releases with his current range of abilities.

「 summary 」
Confident. Intelligent. Regal. Patient. Calculating. [break][break] These are just a few words that describe the 25-Year Old Uchiha Anotsu. The shinobi stands at 5'11, an athletic frame usually adorned by appropriate garb of variety that protects against the climate. Almond-shaped, luminescent purple pools regard those before or around him with respect, though Anotsu's youthful features can be mistaken for a young and inexperienced shinobi of apathy and sardonic nature at times. Quite the opposite is true, however. Anotsu cares about his Superiors and Subordinates equally, his every ministration designed to teach a lesson or further a goal. One would find it a hard act to place the Uchiha in a social box. He's simply and unapologetically "him", his loyalty unmatched and his resolve an impregnable fortress of careful thought and consideration. [break][break] Anotsu's skin is unmarred and a milk chocolate color, lines of definition testament to his physical condition. Locks of spiked obsidian adorn his crown, silken to the touch and able to reach just beyond his shoulders when not tied into a long ponytail. Arched eyebrows are usually furrowed, though this is more habit than natural feature. Anotsu possesses a piercing gaze, though anyone close to him will charge it to his intense concentration and not his heart. [break][break] Born and raised in Amegakure, Anotsu is no stranger to the advances of technology. A young age did nothing to stall his parents and their desire to educate him. With this in mind, "fun" was a luxury that the Uchiha rarely participated in. Despite this upbringing, however, Anotsu knows how to have a good time. The pleasure side of him is a stark contrast to his business side. Anotsu is just as ready with a blade as he is a book. To underestimate his prowess is to flirt with his ferocity, the Uchiha relentless on the battlefield and willing to take a life to protect himself or those around him. Anotsu is quite educated on the rise and fall of Hi No Kuni, as well. The young shinobi believes that education is key to relationships, opting for books and rapport over ignorance and a lack of awareness. This grants him a certain "silver tongue", Anotsu well-versed in flattery and seduction. While deceit is naturally the game of shinobi, his character remains honest and unflinching in the face of any circumstance. [break][break] Love him or hate him, Uchiha Anotsu is a shinobi worthy of respect. With a favorite hobby of learning about weaponry and cooking, he prides himself on being an asset to those around him. Validation is hardly a concern for him, but positive results and a helping hand give him a sense of purpose. This is enough to coax him into action, Anotsu willing and ready to assist if his heart is truly in it. Power corrupts, but allow it to coalesce with heart and you have Uchiha Anotsu.
