Ito is the middle child of the Murakami family, having one older brother (Eijiro) and (formerly) one younger sister (Mika). The Murakamis are led by Yayoi and Hasegawa Murakami, the family's parents. Ito has not seen her parents or brother since Mika's death at Ito's hands one year prior.
