Keiji Chi-Uchiha is the bastard son of an Uchiha and Chi Clan pairing, and as such, his entire life has been made into a hell because of it. On one hand, his Uchiha relations suffered from the fact that he was not of a pure line. It was worse that he was born out of wed-lock, and never knew his Chi Clan father figure. It only suffered to make him feel abandoned and lost in a sea of people who always seemed to look down on him for one reason or another. Be it his happenstance of origin, or his feminine and graceful frame, or something else entirely. His existence was made to feel like it was his fault from the start. His own mother often abused him and beat him for the slightest error that might cause her further shame.
Despite all of these things, Keiji tried his best to be apart of the Uchiha Clan by enrolling in the Ninja Academy of the Hidden Cloud Village where he threw himself into his studies as a shinobi. It mattered little that he would succeed or do well enough to graduate into the ranks of the Hidden Cloud Village. Nothing he did seemed to win his blood-kin over to accept him. Keiji was just a lone soul lost in a vast sea of nothing. No hope for a future beyond trudging through the day to day. It was enough to drown most in depression or at the bottom of a sake' bottle, but there was a willpower to continue onward and find his fit. Surely there was a reason for his existence. There had to be a place for somebody who could bend blood and use it as he did.
It was during a mission assigned to his squad, Keiji was sent to investigate the rumors of a death cult sworn to some god known as 'Jashin'. The cult was rumored to have been behind a string of murders in a small town in Lightning Country, and it was up to Keiji and his squad-mates to gather intelligence to bring back to the Cloud Village so the Oinin Butai [Hunter Ninja Corps] could be dispatched to eliminate them and secure any jutsu secrets they might have developed. However, upon infiltration of the cult and being exposed to their doctrine, Keiji found himself home at last. A place that would accept him, and a god who would love him, but for only the price of a sacrifice. His family, his Village, and even his Squad...none of these things had ever embraced him as one of the group. It was easy for him to cast them off.
As a result of his decision to betray his Squad and defect from the Hidden Cloud Village, Keiji turned on his squad and exposed them to the cult as spies. It was in this moment he made his first sacrifices to Jashin by murdering his two team-members and then staging his own death, leaving the evidence for his Jonin handler to find. From there, Keiji went into hiding and moved with the cult as they traveled from place to place, looking for those to convert to the cause and sacrifices to their god of blood and death.
Taijutsu [Apprentice]
Keiji's unarmed fighting technique is standard among many Shinobi of a similar level. While he'd more prefer to wield a scythe, if he is forced to fight with his body, it is usually in a style mirroring practitioners of Tae-Kwan-Do. A mixture of punches and heavy kicking techniques, but nothing that would be on the level with a true master of the art. He could be considered on the level of a Yellow Belt, having the foundations of his technique, but nothing else beyond that.
Bukijutsu - Scythe [Journeyman]
Otherwise known as Okamajutsu, or the skill with the 'Great Kama', Keiji is a user of the large bladed weapon which is where he gained his aliae as the "Death Scythe" or "Pale Reaper". Despite the size of such a weapon, he is able to wield it with the knowledge of counter-balancing and proper stance just as well as one would pick up a sword. The curved blade is often used as a point of weight, to Keiji's body as the fulcrum on which it spins, to the handle as a lever. The technique of using his body like a simple machine helps keep him from harming himself, while providing a medium range of threat around himself.
- "Jashin's Claw" : A staff with the skull of one of his former squad-mates on it. It is a scythe without a blade until one is applied, usually via his Blood Bending Technique.
Stealth [Apprentice]
Keiji is adept at stealth tactics, making him tricky to locate when he does not want to be. A skilled tracker could still keep up with him, however if confronted that might be a different story. He commonly employs disguises to blend into the world around him either by use of the basic Henge technique, or robes and masks. He is also decent at sneaking by knowing how to minimize his breathing and calm his heart-rate using his Blood Bending Technique to silence the sound of his heart-beat, a tactic he uses to play dead. Though basic sensory jutsu or even a medic would be able to see through that ploy too.

This is usually done by manifesting his blood along the handle of his scythe and using it to form the blade to get around the fact that to make a scythe completely out of blood would take skill far beyond his current levels of manipulation. He can also use his blood to create solid shields, or even as smaller chakra-based projectile attacks.
