APPEARANCE: Yozei is rather undersized for his age at a height of 155 cm and a weight of 45kg, he has short curly white hair that is dark brown at the roots, and a mean set of light brown eyes. He is often seen wearing a simple dark brown attire with a grey set of suspenders and a ninja pouch slung across his chest. His Otogakure headband hangs from his neck like a gold chain, and best believe he’ll die for it.
HISTORY: He comes from a long line of Shinobi, and there is reason to believe that their ties lie to the long lost, but not forgotten, Hidden Leaf Village. His parents are like hawks, and he has a rather large family (his father got busy and his mom was with it all). The one thing of note that he recalls from his parents is that they hold on to the belief that the Leaf will rise again, his father is quoted saying as sure as the springtime of youth will bloom, so will the Leaf rise. For that reason his family, past and present, have fought for Otogakure, and so shall Yozei fight for the village.
After graduating from the academy, he asked his mother why father was so critical of them (and likewise disappointed in his siblings). He isn’t disappointed, his mother claimed, rather there is a lineage, a claim to power that he hopes will one day appear. What is this claim to power, Yozei asked and his mother smiling answered: the Will of Fire.
CHARACTER: Yozei is the last of eight children, five brothers and two sisters and he bounds with energy. His brothers (and father) never really had much time for him, Otogakure is a busy village, so he’s always been eager to prove himself and make them happy whenever he had time with them. Only really his mother made time for him, and his sisters (forcefully) too, and so Yozei has matured more than people realize. He sees things, things they don’t acknowledge that he sees, but he sees and hears it. The thing he understands most is that life has a way of making people sad, and sad people don’t always keep on trucking, so if he could be the best trucker - the trucker that gets everyone trucking on, then that’s what he would like to be.

Taijutsu [Rookie]
When you look at his size and weight, Yozei doesn’t give the impression of someone who hits hard (and he doesn’t). To make up for his shortcomings, Yozei focuses on concentrated strikes, repeated attacks in one area or precise strikes to vitals (which as far as he knows are things like the neck, eyes, throat, stomach).
Shurikenjutsu [Rookie]
He prefers the kunai to the shuriken, because it can double as a knife (or dagger) and adding an explosive tag makes it much more efficient than a shuriken.
Stealth [Rookie]
Yozei is as trained as the next graduate, and doesn’t have much to offer in the field of stealth (far as being innovative goes), but he is keen on implying misdirection when it comes to this field. For that reason he tends to keep smoke grenades or other distractors (sound or light bombs) to conceal his movements.
Senju Heritage [Unranked]
This comes from his father’s side, and while the Senju genes have been relatively dormant since the fall of Konoha, his father still has hope that the bloodline will awaken.
Bakuton (Blast Release) [Dormant]
He gets it from his mother, whose family is quite known for producing users of the element (she was outcast from the family for marrying a man whose status was and is unproven).
