Itada Sōsuke

"Itada" is a Chunin level ("C" Class) blade-wielding nukenin hailing from the industrialized metropolis that is Amegakure; the Hidden Rain being his home, he has intimate knowledge of the technological advances the country has brought into fruition, even going as far as to possess a few of the smaller, easier to manage trinkets such as walkie-talkies, headsets, re breathers, gas masks, ect. With his defection from the village being less than a year ago, the technology he'd managed to smuggle with him out of the village are assumed to be up to par with that of Amegakure's own at Year (0) in the roleplay — courtesy of his previous rank of chunin, he is also in possession of a bingo book.

With a small base of operations along the eastern border of the Land of Flowers, Itada can not only steer clear of Amegakure shinobi patrols via his tutelage of radio, but he is also planted firmly between two enemy nations — ensuring that were his former village hunting him, they would run into either the shinobi of Iwa, or the samurai of Taiyou first.

Ever since he could speak, he has been drowned in the teachings of the Uchiha by his father. Taking great pride in being a part of the bloodline, he holds the kekkei genkai in the highest regard. He has trained to be both elite and a warrior since a young child, and with the Taiyou invasion has grown to understand that the weak are food for the strong– this, coupled with an underlying love for combat, has come to create a being not only extremely confident in his own ability, but one that can also recognize and understand limits.

To retreat is not to admit defeat; if only to return later to reap the spoils of war.

At only nineteen, he is overly calm and analytical; rarely can others intimidate or rouse Itada beyond what he wants to reveal, making him ideal for conflict and horrid for an opposition who relies on reading their opponent. A closed book, locked willingly, his secrets will remain as such and his personality won’t falter.

Itada's status as a nukenin is no indication of his convictions — he is neither beneficial nor harmful toward his home village — and recognizes the Taiyou Empire as the shinobi world's true enemy.

Mugōn: another term for wordless, Mugōn is a white porcelain mask that Itada dons when he wishes to remain anonymous; it is a fox-styled mask, and pretty bare in nature. Being from the technology capital, the mask is custom fitted and doubles as a gas mask, providing resistance against airborne pollutants, poisons, and toxic gases.

UCHIHA [HERITAGE]
With the blood of the Uchiha coursing through his veins, Itada reserves the right to awaken the analytical doujutsu of the bloodline; although he is well aware of his lineage, he has yet to awaken the secrets of the fabled Sharingan eye.

FUTTON (BOIL RELEASE) [DORMANT]
Unbeknownst to even himself, the Uchiha holds another power that sleeps within; in due time, as he continues to refine and hone his prowess with ninjutsu, he will eventually be able to combine his affinity for water based techniques with characteristics of a katon flame. In doing so, he will be able to create and utilize a plethora of rare and unique techniques. At his current skill level with ninjutsu, it is impossible to bring such a creation to fruition.

TAIJUTSU [APPRENTICE]
Itada's love for combat expresses itself in many ways, the most obvious being the boy's dedication to training. More often than not, Itada can be found somewhere conditioning his body in an attempt to improve his taijutsu. More than capable of holding his own in close quarters, the nukenin attempts to utilize quick and sudden movements in order to throw off his opponents in anticipation of capitalizing on an opening. He pays close and careful attention to the footwork of his opponents- with his own being rather formidable, and uses a complex mixture of feints, counters, and misdirections to fortify both his offense and defense.

SHURIKENJUTSU [APPRENTICE]
Armed to the teeth as one would expect from a nukenin, Itada is rather adept when it comes to the tools of the trade — from kunai to shuriken, smoke bombs to explosive tags, the Uchiha is no novice when it comes to implementing them into his combat style. He can both throw them with abundance and accuracy, and wield them in tandem with his standard taijutsu. While to the commoner, the boy's skills with thrown weaponry will hint toward a mastery of sorts - in the face of a true master, Itada's skill with projectiles would be rather subpar.
(Insert Name): not long enough to qualify for actual investment into honing his kenjutsu talents, the nukenin is equipped with a small number of daggers, in which he implements in close quarters combat in place of using his kunai.

STEALTH [APPRENTICE]
Perhaps the most important skill in a shinobi's skill set, the art of stealth can be devastating when used correctly. Itada is not one to shy from combat, but he can rationalize and understand the benefits of remaining unseen and becoming one with the shadows. With his rather lithe frame and choice of dark colors, the Uchiha can blend in as well as any shinobi in his class — he is effectively able to remain unseen if the right circumstances are met, and can comfortably and reliably dispatch unaware enemies with efficiency. With footsteps light as a mouse, the nukenin has so far avoided detection from those he wishes to remain hidden from.
