Early Turn in Policy: If a thread has not been responded to by your partner(s) in two weeks, but has not yet been archived, you may link the thread in as if it were complete for the purpose of upgrading. Once this is used the thread cannot be used again even as posts continue.Change the title of this field to the name of the proficiency and the level it will be. If you are wanting to change the about section replace the title with "About". For changes to the application change the title to "Picture" and put a direct link in the description (500px width picture). If it is an enhancement proficiency just remove "[level]". In the description you should put verbatim what you would like the changes to say. For changes to the about section if you are not just adding to the bottom, please paste the entire about section as you want it to appear on the character application.
Only the person(s) left waiting can get credit for the early turn in, the person who wasn't posting has to complete the thread or wait for it to be archived.
All participants other than the one who hasn't responded in two weeks has to agree to use this policy.
