[attr="class","pwfbody"] The rumble of a pleased sound came from the Inuzuka's chest, interested by the sound of the tea. At the mention of his ninken, the smile never leaves his lips. He chuckles in response, keeping his ruby gaze settled on the man before him. As the Innkeeper finally came to settle a teacup onto the table and then hesitantly place two bowls of tea down near the ninken, the white-haired man formed two fingers together that lightly tapped on the table in response. An unspoken thanks for the tea.[break][break]
Bare hand grabbed at the teacup, lifting it to the man's nose to smell before taking a measured small taste. Eyes crease and then the cup is settled back gently against the wooden table. The orange ninken leans down to gently lap at the liquid lined within the bowl, the white floof letting out a weary wheeze before shuffling to lazily lap at the tea. Both seem unbothered by the flavour. A testament to the silence bore by the white-haired man.[break][break]
❛ I find events like these so fascinating. ❜ the man eases out gently, finger coasting along the rim of the teacup.[break][break]
❛ You get the chance to meet people you otherwise might not have. ❜
A white eyebrow rose as the man across from him began to speak. The pause in between and then the final execution of the man's thought only causes the other eyebrow to meet with his other. The fanged bared smile never lever his face as he glances down at himself, his arm coming out of his kimono to pull up a piece of the fabric to pull towards his nose. He gives it a quick whiff, savoring the scent for a moment before looking down at his two ninken.[break][break]
He let out a deep rumble of a laugh, looking towards the 'enthusiastic' man seated before him.[break][break]
❛ That's one way to put it. ❜ he teases out, not unaware of the meaning behind the polite words given to him and yet he didn't seem insulted by it. Bright ruby eyes settle into skulking black ones, the friendly smile at the Inuzuka's lips still remaining. Eventually, ruby hues drop to the cup, a curious lean into the palm of his hand as a hum emanates from his chest.[break][break]
❛ Good tea? ❜ he questions lightly, shifting his ruby gaze back up to the man's features. [break][break]
Ruby eyes crease in mirth at the bellowing welcome, lips easing themselves upwards into a curve. Zori sandals settle onto the worn wooden floors, the faint groan of protest at being used. White hair duck under Noren curtains, an arm lazily only creating so much room to walk under. A gentle chuckle came from the man's lips at the owner barreling towards them to greet them, bowing profusely as they gestured for the Jonin to enter.[break][break]
❛ One cup of tea and two small bowls of tea. ❜ the white-haired man requests, two ninken flanking on either side of him. The large, wolfish-looking Ninken stared with a stern look upon his orange and white features. The smaller white dog instantly laid itself down, black eyes barely visible under the amount of fluffy white fur surrounding its medium-sized frame. Settling his kimono-covered hand along his waist, ruby eyes scan the vicinity with faint scrutiny disguised under a friendly gaze. The scent of blood was present in the air and it tickled the Jonin's nostrils. Breathing in, a sense of energy began to fill his body from the scent.[break][break]
As the Innkeeper began shuttling away to take the man's order, the white-haired Inuzuka made his way over towards the dark-haired man sitting by his lonesome self. Already easing himself into the seat across, the Jonin offers a friendly fanged bared smile in greeting. [break][break]
❛ Mind if I join you? ❜ he inquires as a throwaway thought, his ninken already settling themselves at his feet looking outwards. The white-haired one collapses instantly at the feet of the Kumogakure shinobi, becoming nothing more than a pile of white floof. The wolfish ninken with the pelt of a fox settles into a sitting position, amber gaze watching the recovering shinobi with faint interest. Before the dull man could really argue against if he wished, the Inuzuka was already making himself comfortable. Easing his uncovered arm to rest inside of his half-worn kimono, leaning onto his other arm that was propped up by the elbow on the table. His cheek was settled into the palm of his hand, ruby eyes watched the other with keen interest. A smile present upon his features as he studies the man across from him. What beautifully dead eyes.

Kegawa was just barely academy graduating age when his family came from the Hidden Sound village and he was no fool for the reason why their family took solace in Kumogakure. 'Too smart for his own good' as his parents would say, Kegawa was perceptive and on the nose with affairs his parents attempted to hide from the other children. Whatever information the Inuzuka wanted to know, he'd sniff for it and dig it up. His charming personality and friendly disposition made it rather easy as well. It didn't take long for the other children of the village to warm up to Kegawa. He was a friendly pup! Yet there was more to him than his friendly personality, there was a deeper side to the child that most never detected. The insatiable need to always be the dog on top, manipulation being his favourite. That's probably why when he graduated from Kumogakure's academy he was prone for taking on black ops missions. His family didn't see too much of him after that, fully devoted to his work.
He was known as the fox in dog's pelt by his fellow Shinobi.
Kegawa was an expert in reading the hidden meanings within hidden meanings, even often employing it himself. His style of combat was forward and yet unforward. Always calm, always smiling. There was little that got under the man's skin, in fact, it was always the other way around. Teasing and bullying others was a favourite pastime of his. The more he teased someone, the more he liked them. There was hardly a moment when he seemed serious. Lazy and playful on the exterior, a devious fox and cutthroat man on the inside. During the war, Kegawa made a game out of all his opponents. Always happy to give them a sly smile just before they died at his hands. After the death of his father, not much seemed to change for the Inuzuka. His smile remained, but his games became more unhinged. If anything, he wanted all his victims to feel terror and pain like they had never imagined. Playing and playing until they had no strength left in them before taking them out. That sly smirk at his lips and that deranged look in his ruby eyes.
These days, Kegawa can be seen more with his family members. Having taken on their father's ninken and devoting some time to helping in the younger members find their perfect ninken. He still does black op missions on the occasion and more normal missions with the pups (chunin and genin under him), but devotes his leisure time breeding and raising ninken when he's not on missions. You'll see him walking down the streets with his horde of ninken or platoon pups, getting them acclimated with people and properly walked. He has taken the role of the Clan Head for the Inuzuka, always glad for any pups to try to challenge him for the spot.
Proficiencies
Fuinjutsu [Veteran]
A fox is not without his tricks. Each trap that Kegawa produces with his seals is meticulously prepared beforehand, unleashing them from his scrolls or tags. This can range from weapons, to items, or natural elements that you would find in nature or the residue from ninjutsu like fire or water. He's not capable of intercepting on coming ninjutsu being thrown at him. With special preparation, he'll store poison into one of his tags to use on his unwitting foes. The countless traps he lays out for his enemies are like an endless game of what will pop out next? If that isn't worse, he utilizes his need for physical contact with his hijutsu to place some seals on humans during a fight in order to immobilize them for a brief period of time, those with high chakra are capable of breaking free of it. If he's prepared, he's even capable of sealing a low-level chakra human away in a medium once the individual has been restrained. Breaking the medium can free the person. On the occasion, he'll seal his ninken in a drinking gourd that he keeps with him for ease of transportation.
Four Legs Technique [Journeyman]
A practitioner of the Inuzuka's Hijutsu, Kegawa has shown a considerable aptitude for it. With intense chakra control, he's able to imbue considerable strength within his own body and change his features into a more feral one akin to his ninken. Lowering himself down to four legs, Kegawa is capable of blitzing through his enemies at terrifying speeds in such unpredictable patterns that it makes it difficult for his enemies to track his movement. His attack styles utilize his fangs and claws to tear into his opponent. While feral animals are expected to be rather...feral, Kegawa shows some forethought into his attacks and uses his style to his advantage. Along with his ninken at his side, he can perform several combination jutsu with them that is both speed and strength focused. He is able to direct and coordinate with ease as if they were a part of him and he was a part of them.
Kakimaru A large wolf-like canine with an orange overcoat, white underbelly, and legs that lead into black paws, reminiscent of a fox. Kakimaru is an astute dog, ever watchful and attentive with his amber eyes to his surroundings. He is rarely not found by his partner's side and acts as if he is wholly the equal of Kegawa. His practical skills remain on the stealthy side, being able to use his super sniffer to pinpoint opposing shinobi and systematically tearing their throats out before they can make a sound. Kegawa doesn't need to really talk for Kakimaru to understand him, always watching and ready to follow after Kegawa's lead on things. Kakimaru is one of the few ninken capable of speech, showing his intelligence and confidence. He prefers to act dumb tho, and will rarely speak up unless it's important or for comedic value.
Yukimaru An elder dog with small pointy ears, fluffy white fur, and black eyes that are barely visible under all the floof, Yukimaru is the ninken of the previous clan head of the Inuzuka and Kegawa's father. Stoopy and slow in his movements with a friendly face, this old dog doesn't seem like he can do much. Until it's time for action, then even this middle-sized ninken can rush off at insane speeds to claw and bite his enemies to death. Only to immediately lay down as soon as he is done with his task. He enjoys good belly rubs and scratches behind the ear. Often begging the local children to spoil him when he has a chance. It's unknown if Yukimaru is capable of speech, but Kegawa says he hasn't been the same since his old man died. He spends most of his time at home sleeping but occasionally goes out with Kegawa and Kakimaru on missions.
Shurikenjutsu [Journeyman]
A must for any shinobi, Kegawa does well than most average shinobi to utilize it to his advantage. He uses it in conjunction with his fuinjutsu on occasion and has shown the capability to bend or redirect his shuriken with ease. Each shuriken is thrown with precision and purpose, even it might seem random to his opponent.
Stealth [Journeyman]
Kegawa does well to become one with the darkness or to disguise himself from prying eyes. Used as his way to ascertain pertinent information, the Inuzuka shows more skill than your average shinobi in its usage. If he can avoid a battle without being detected in obtaining his goal, then he'll do his best to use his stealth skills to do that. He does well to blend into crowds and fool others into thinking where he's gone off to.
