Finished registering the Ikeda, replaced the KKG with Fuinjutsu, and fixed the Hijutsu to be rookie instead of dormant. That should all be good now for the 3 + 2 rookie genin option, if I'm getting it right. Let me know if there's anything else that needs changing though!
Well I've been wracking my brain and honestly, I've got very few ideas for a good Fuinjutsu KKG. I think the clan'll be ok without one anyway, since the hijutsu is enough for me. Let's just do that then lol

Originally hailing from far away lands, the family that came to be known as the Ikedas plied their trade across the continent as traveling fuinjutsu experts. Whether for individuals or governments, they sealed away objects, chakra, people, and everything else conceivable - for a price. Unlike their distant cousins the Uzamakis, the Ikeda have never truly had a place to call home. A few branches have settled in some of the large cities, but most of the members of the clan retain their nomadic origin.
Thanks to their foreign beginnings, many members of the clan have light hair such as red or blond and green eyes.
Hijutsu
Neruken Requirements: Rookie Fuinjutsu Passed down among the clan, the Neruken allows the user to use simple and fast techniques to "seal" away parts of the body and restrict those functions. Much like the Gentle Fist of the Hyuuga, it can be used to render limbs useless or suspend the functions of organs. Unlike the former technique however, most effects from these attacks are temporary as nothing is being physically destroyed.
Only small parts of the body such as nerves, tendons, or muscles can be targeted at first; the duration of the effect however is dependent on the skill of the user. The seals themselves are quite simple and can be undone instantly by anyone of the same Fuinjutsu level.
Since the Ikedas do not possess any ocular powers, stripes of black kanji-like seals wrap around the target's body at the point of impact to triangulate the exact location of the target chakra node or organ. Less than a second after a strike has landed, the seal will have worked its magic and disabled the intended function - leaving behind a small circular seal, the complexity of the design depending on the skill of the user.
Small nerves can be sealed off at the Rookie level to prevent the feeling of pain. Beginning at Apprentice, extremities like the fingers and toes can be rendered temporarily inoperable. Hands and feet can be sealed at Journeyman and at Veteran one can seal arms and legs. With Master proficiency, entire senses such as sight, taste, and hearing can be blocked by attacking the eyes, mouth, or ears. Finally, at Grandmaster level vital organs such as the heart or lungs can be prevented from functioning properly.

A cheerful young lad from the Village Hidden in the Rain, Tooru is a short child with a bright green eye and a head full of floppy red hair. A bit on the skinny side and quite bashful, he is nonetheless not dissimilar to most other young boys of his age. Like most, he loves his family and his village with blissful naivety. Still blind to the truths of the world outside his home, his bright little fire has not been extinguished by the downpour.
Born in another town to Yosuke and Hikari Ikeda, Tooru was brought along as the family arrived in Amegakure as refugees. Despite a birth defect that left him with a blind and clouded over right eye, he was raised the same as many others. Well-behaved and quiet, Tooru grew up in peace with his family and friends. Despite the calm and silent exterior, there has always been another world hiding behind his eyepatch: the one he sees with his mind's eye - a world filled with wonder and strange people. One day, he hopes to explore it: the world waiting beyond the walls and rain of Amegakure.
When he's not buried in his mind, Tooru is engrossed in a good book. An avid reader and hopeful writer, he spends most of his free time learning about the world through the stories of others. He has a deep love of animals and nature.

Kenjutsu [Rookie]「★☆☆☆☆」 While no sword saint, the young Ikeda has taken well to the blade. Taught by members of his own family and others around his village, he has begun to learn the basics of swordplay.
Stealth [Rookie]「★☆☆☆☆」 While his stealth capabilities do not surpass that of the average genin, Tooru is capable enough in the arts of remaining hidden and impersonation to have passed the Academy.
Fuinjutsu [Rookie]「★☆☆☆☆」 Thanks to years of slow and meticulous training by his parents, the young Tooru has a strong enough grasp on Fuinjutsu that he can seal small objects away in scrolls - among other low-level applications.
